- Ordered before 18:00 on a working day: shipped the same day
- Delivery time: usually 1 to 2 working days
- Shipping costs: free in the Netherlands and Belgium, on every order

Shipping and delivery time
Orders received on a working day (Monday to Friday) before 18:00 are shipped the same day. Ordering later, or at the weekend? Then we ship your order on the next working day. After that, delivery usually takes 1 to 2 working days.
As soon as your parcel is on its way, you will receive an email with a Track & Trace code. That way you can see exactly when your duvet will be delivered.

Delay or a problem with your parcel?
At busy times the delivery service can sometimes be a little later. Is your parcel later than expected, or did it arrive damaged? Email us at info@snoozella.com with your order number and we will look into it for you.

You pay via a secure connection. You can see which payment methods are available at checkout. Currently you can pay with, among others:

After payment you will immediately receive a confirmation email with the details of your order.
