Which duvet size fits your bed?
The rule of thumb is simple: choose a duvet that is at least 40 cm wider than your mattress. That way it hangs over the edge on both sides and you'll never be left in the cold.

Measure your mattress
Measure the width of your mattress or box spring, from edge to edge. Have two separate mattresses side by side? Then measure the total width.

Add 40 cm
That way the duvet hangs about 20 cm over the edge on both sides. For example: a bed 160 cm wide calls for a 200 cm duvet.

Choose your size
Falling between two sizes? Then choose the larger one. A duvet that's just too narrow is something you'll notice every night.
Better to go a size up?
You sleep as a couple
Does one of you move around a lot? With a size up, nobody steals the duvet from the other.
You have a high mattress
With a box spring or a thick mattress, the duvet needs to hang further over the edge. A size up is nice in that case too.
Mind your washing machine
Larger duvets need a larger drum. A 240x200 cm duvet requires a drum capacity of at least 10 kg.

What size duvet do I need for a 140 cm bed?
For a bed 140 cm wide, choose a 200x200 cm duvet.
What size duvet fits a 180 cm bed?
For a bed 180 or 200 cm wide, choose a 240x200 cm king-size duvet.
Are the duvets also available in an extra-long size (220 cm)?
No, all our duvets are 200 cm long. They come in widths of 140, 160, 200 and 240 cm.
Does the duvet have a tuck-in flap?
No, our duvets don't have a tuck-in flap.
Can I exchange it if the size doesn't fit?
Direct exchanges aren't possible. You return the duvet and place a new order in the right size. Thanks to the 30-night sleep trial, that's allowed even if you've already opened the duvet. Read more in our return policy.
