What is a duvet without a cover?
A duvet without a cover is a duvet and duvet cover in one. You may also know it as a washable duvet, a duvet with an attached cover or a 2-in-1 duvet. The cover is fixed to the filling, so making your bed is simply a matter of shaking it out and laying it down. No more wrestling with corners, buttons or zips.
How to wash a Snoozella duvet
To freshen it up, simply put the whole duvet in the washing machine at max. 60 °C and around 1000 rpm. Then tumble dry on a normal programme or hang it on the line. Do check the size of your drum: for 140x200 and 160x200 cm 5 kg is enough, for 200x200 cm you need 7 kg and for 240x200 cm 10 kg. Read all our tips in our washing instructions.

Frequently asked questions
What is the difference between a washable duvet and a regular duvet?
With a regular duvet you need a separate duvet cover that you wash regularly and then have to wrestle back onto the duvet. With a washable duvet without a cover, the cover is attached. You wash the whole duvet in one go and put it straight back on the bed.
Will a washable duvet fit in my washing machine?
For 140x200 and 160x200 cm a 5 kg drum is enough, for 200x200 cm you need 7 kg and for 240x200 cm 10 kg. Is your machine smaller? Then you can wash the duvet at a launderette with a large machine.
How do I dry the duvet?
The duvet can go in the tumble dryer on a normal programme. Take it out halfway through and give it a shake so the filling dries evenly. Drying it on the line? Then let the duvet dry completely before using it again. You'll find more tips in our washing instructions.
Which duvet size should I choose?
Choose a duvet that is at least 40 cm wider than your mattress, so it hangs over nicely on both sides. For a 90 cm mattress, 140x200 cm fits; for 120 cm, 160x200 cm; for 160 cm, 200x200 cm; and for 180 or 200 cm, 240x200 cm. Not sure? Check the size guide.
