What does the warranty cover?
Our warranty applies to problems caused by the product itself, not to normal wear and tear.
Covered
- Manufacturing and material defects that arise within 1 year of delivery
- A product that arrives damaged
- Problems that arise from normal use and washing according to the washing instructions
Not covered
- Normal wear and tear
- Light signs of use
- Minor cosmetic flaws that don't affect use
- Damage caused by not following the care instructions

Questions about the warranty
How long is my warranty?
All our duvets come with a 1-year manufacturer's warranty, counted from the day of delivery.
What should I include?
Your order number, a short description of the problem and a few photos. That way we can help you fastest.
Do I need to send the duvet back?
That depends on the problem. Sometimes photos are enough, sometimes we'll ask you to send the product back. We'll always let you know first what's needed.
What's the difference between the warranty and the 30-night sleep trial?
With the 30-night sleep trial you can return your duvet even after opening it if you're not happy with it; you then pay €6.95 for the return label. The warranty covers a product with a defect. Read more in our return policy.
Does this warranty affect my statutory rights?
No. This warranty comes on top of your statutory rights. A product must do what you can reasonably expect of it, even after the first year.
